Carrot Spinach Paratha

Ingredients
- 2 Grated Carrot
- A cup Chopped spinach
- 2 medium sized Finely chopped onion
- 2 Tsp oil
- To taste salt
- 1 Tsp red chilli powder
- A pinch of Nimbu sat/Dash of lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Cooking Directions
Add oil in a pan. Once heated add cumin seeds, when they crackle add finely chopped onions. Sauté for 5 min. Once slightly roasted add grated carrot to it. cook for 5 mins and then add finely chopped spinach to it. add red chilli powder,salt and nimbu sath and cook for 5 min. Take it off the flame and let it cool. once it cools down divide the stuffing into 6 equal portions and give them a round shape and press a little to flatten like pattie. stuff this pattie into the dough ball and roll it as a parotha.
Roast it on the tava using oil/ghee on both the sides.
Serve it hot either with mint chutney or curd or pickle.
