Rawa/Suji Cutlet

Ingredients
  • 200 gms Suji/Rawa
  • 1 cup Finely chopped vegetables(Cabbage,carrot,beans)
  • 1 big size finely chopped onion
  • 4-5 finely chopped green chillies
  • 4-5 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp ghee/butter
  • 50 Gms grated paneer
  • 50 gms grated cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • For frying oil
  • To coat Bread Crumbs
Cooking Directions:

  • In a pan add ghee. Add chopped green chillies,onions,garlic and saute it for 2 mins. 
  • Add rawa and roast it for about 4-5 mins. Now add finely chopped vegetables and sauté it for 2 mins.
  •  Add lukewarm milk to it and stir well. Make sure there are no lumps formed. Add water to it to adjust the consistency(Thick paste).
  •  Now add grated cheese and paneer and mix well.
  • Take out the mixture in a plate, spread it evenly and let it coll in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 mins. Now u can cut it into any shape or make cutlet shaped balls out of it,. Coat it well in bread crumbs and deep fry.
  • Serve it hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
