Rawa cutlet

Ingredients
- 200 gms Suji/Rawa
- 1 cup Finely chopped vegetables(Cabbage,carrot,beans)
- 1 big size finely
chopped onion
- 4-5 finely chopped green chillies
- 4-5 cloves finely
chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp ghee/butter
- 50 Gms grated paneer
- 50 gms grated cheese
- 1 cup milk
- For frying oil
- To coat Bread Crumbs
Cooking Directions:
- In a pan add ghee. Add chopped green
chillies,onions,garlic and saute it for 2 mins.
- Add rawa and roast it for about 4-5 mins. Now add
finely chopped vegetables and sauté it for 2 mins.
- Add lukewarm
milk to it and stir well. Make sure there are no lumps formed. Add water
to it to adjust the consistency(Thick paste).
- Now add grated
cheese and paneer and mix well.
- Take out the mixture in a plate, spread it evenly and
let it coll in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 mins. Now u can cut it
into any shape or make cutlet shaped balls out of it,. Coat it well in
bread crumbs and deep fry.
- Serve it hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
