Veg Quesadillas
Ingredients
For Dough:
- 100gms Maida
- 2Tsp Butter
- To taste Salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 15-20 Gms Milk
For Stuffing:
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 Bowl Julian Cut Vegetables(cabbage,carrot,capsicum)
- 1 Medium sized Thinly sliced onion
- 1 tsp Boiled or canned Rajma
- 2 tsp Boiled Corn
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp white Pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Grated Paneer
- 1/2 cup Grated cheese
- Mix all the ingredients.Add water as required to prepare the dough. Let it rest for about 15 mins.
- Heat Oil in pan, Add onion and sauté it for 2 mins. Now add all the vegetables,Boiled corn and rajma. Sauté it for 4-5 mins until the vegetables are roughly cooked. Now add salt,white pepper,chilli flakes,oregano. Mix it well.
- Add grated paneer to it.
- Knead the dough well and make small and thin rotis.
- place the roti on a hot tava and cook it slightly from both the sides.
- Now place stuffing on one half side of the roti, add grated cheese and fold.
- Cook well on both the sides by adding required ghee/butter.
- Cut it into pieces .
- Serve it hot with Salsa Sauce.
