Veg Quesadillas


Ingredients

For Dough:
  • 100gms Maida
  • 2Tsp Butter
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 15-20 Gms Milk
For Stuffing:
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 Bowl Julian Cut Vegetables(cabbage,carrot,capsicum)
  • 1 Medium sized Thinly sliced onion
  • 1 tsp Boiled or canned Rajma
  • 2 tsp Boiled Corn
  • To taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp white Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tsp Grated Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Grated cheese
Cooking Directions

For Dough:
  1. Mix all the ingredients.Add water as required to prepare the dough. Let it rest for about 15 mins.

For Stuffing:
  1. Heat Oil in pan, Add onion and sauté it for 2 mins. Now add all the vegetables,Boiled corn and rajma. Sauté it for 4-5 mins until the vegetables are roughly cooked. Now add salt,white pepper,chilli flakes,oregano. Mix it well. 
  2. Add grated paneer to it.
For Quesadillas:
  1. Knead the dough well and make small and thin rotis.
  2. place the roti on a hot tava and cook it slightly from both the sides.
  3. Now place stuffing on one half side of the roti, add grated cheese and fold.
  4. Cook well on both the sides by adding required ghee/butter.
  5. Cut it into pieces .
  6. Serve it hot with Salsa Sauce.
