Ingredients
- 1 Tsp oil
- 2 tsp finely chopped Green chilies
- 2 tsp finely chopped Capsicum
- 2 tsp finely chopped Onion
- 1 tsp finely chopped Coriander
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1 pinch white pepper powder
- to taste salt
- 100 gms grated Cheese
- 50 gms grated paneer
- 1 cup Boiled n Mashed Potato
- Bread crumbs for rolling
For Batter:
- 1tsp Maida
- 1 tsp Corn flour
- A pinch of Chili Flakes
- A Pinch of Salt
Cooking Directions
For Batter
- Mix 1tsp maida and 1tsp corn flour, salt, red chilli flakes.
- Add water and make the Batter.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make round shaped balls out of it.
- Dip them in the batter and roll in the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry and serve hot with Tomato sauce or better cocktail sauce.
Note: Cheese balls could be prepared in advance,
i.e. dip n roll in the bread crumbs and refrigerate. Fry when needed.
