Cheese Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 Tsp oil
  • 2 tsp finely chopped Green chilies
  • 2 tsp finely chopped Capsicum
  • 2 tsp finely chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp finely chopped Coriander
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 1 pinch white pepper powder
  • to taste salt
  • 100 gms grated Cheese
  • 50 gms grated paneer
  • 1 cup Boiled n Mashed Potato
  • Bread crumbs for rolling
For Batter:
  • 1tsp Maida
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • A pinch of Chili Flakes
  • A Pinch of Salt
Cooking Directions
For Batter
  1. Mix 1tsp maida and 1tsp corn flour, salt, red chilli flakes.
  2. Add water and make the Batter.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make round shaped balls out of it.
  4. Dip them in the batter and roll in the bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry and serve hot with Tomato sauce or better cocktail sauce.


Note: Cheese balls could be prepared in advance, i.e. dip n roll in the bread crumbs and refrigerate. Fry when needed.
