Aloo Toast Hyderabadi Style

Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes Boiled
  • 6 Bread Slices
  • Sev
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Pinch of Black salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice



FOR GREEN CHUTNEY :
  • 200 gms Mint leaves
  • Bunch of coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-5 green chillies
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 5-6 cashews

 

Cooking directions:

For Green chutney:
Mix all the ingredients and blend it to a smooth paste.

1.    Chop the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
2.    Add Red chilli powder,salt,black salt,garam masala,jeera powder,dhaniya powder, lime juice.Mash the mixture and properly mix it.
3.    Cut the bread slices into 2.
4.    Now apply the potato mixture over it.
5.    Mix 1 tbsp besan with 2 tbsp of water.
6.    Apply this (besan paste) above the potato mixture spread over the bread.
7.    Do not dip the entire bread potato slice, just spread the beasn paste.
8.    Now fry the slices until golden brown .
9.    Cut the bread toast into pieces and now apply tomato ketchup and green chutney over it.
10. Add some chopped onions and sev.

11. Serve it immediately.
