Ingredients
·         1 Tsp oil
·         1 Tsp Jeera
·         A pinch Asafoetida(Hing)
·         2 tsp Ginger,garlic,chilli paste
·         1 tsp Spinach Puree
·         1 Cup Boiled Vegetables(Peas,Cabbage,Carrot,French Beans)
·         1/2 Cup grated paneer
·         1/2 Cup Boiled n Mashed Potato
·         1/2 tsp Fennel Powder
·         1tsp corn flour
·         A pinch rock salt
·         A pinch Chat Masala
·         to taste salt
·         A pinch Garam masala
·         1 tsp Kasoori methi
·         1/2 tsp red chilli powder
·         1 tsp peanuts or kaju powder
·         1 tsp Besan
·         A pinch black pepper
·         1 tsp Lemon juice
·         For Coating Bread Crumbs

Cooking Directions:
In a pan add oil, After it heats up add Jeera,hing and green chilli paste.
Add besan and sauté it for 2 mins.Now add corn flour and sauté it.
Add boiled vegetables and mix it well. Add all the other ingredients and mix it well.
Switch off the flame and make round shaped balls, Roll them in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
Sprinkle chat masala over it and Serve it with Green Chutney.
