Bread rolls/ Bread Pockets

Bread pockets made out of bread and potatoes. An easy to make and a delicious sanck!!

Ingredients
- 4 Bread Slices(White or brown)
- 1 Medium size Boiled potatao
- 2 Finely chopped green chilli
- A pinch of Jeera powder(cumin powder)
- A pinch of Garam Masala
- A pinch of aamchur powder
- To taste salt
- Finely chopped coriander
- 1 Medium size Finely chopped onions
- 6-7 cloves finely chopped garlic
- pinch of Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- For frying oil
- Mash the boiled potatoes and set it aside.Add about 1-2tsp of oil in a wok. Now add finely chopped garlic,ginger paste,chopped green chillies.
- Cook it for a while and then add finely chopped onions.
- Cook till onions get translucent.Add mashed potato to it and add all the masala,cook for a while.
- Now add chopped coriander and remove from flame.divide the masala in 4 equal portions and make oval shape balls.
- Cut the edges of the bread and pat them with some water so that they get soft. now place the potato masala ball and make a roll out of it.cover the edges of the bread with water.Now fry it until golden brown.
- Cut it into half and Serve it with green chutney and/or tomato sauce.
