Refreshing Mint-mayo sandwich. Ideal for lunch/snacks/breakfsat!

Ingredients
  • 8 slices white bread
  • 2 Medium size Grated Carrot
  • 4 Tbsp Grated cabbage
  • 4 Tbsp Finely sliced onions
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Green chutney
  • 200 gms mint leaves
  • Bunch of coriander
  • To taste salt
  • 4-5 green chillies
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 5-6 cashews
Cooking Directions

For Green chutney:

Mix all the ingredients and blend it to a smooth paste.

Add finely sliced onions, shredded cabbage,carrot, mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix it well.
Cut the edges of the bread. apply green chutney on one side and the mayonnaise paste on the other side.Serve it as is.

Note: Can also add cheese slice to the sandwich.
