Mint Mayo sandwich
Refreshing Mint-mayo sandwich. Ideal for lunch/snacks/breakfsat!

Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread
- 2 Medium size Grated Carrot
- 4 Tbsp Grated cabbage
- 4 Tbsp Finely sliced onions
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Green chutney
- 200 gms mint leaves
- Bunch of coriander
- To taste salt
- 4-5 green chillies
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 5-6 cashews
For Green chutney:
Mix all the ingredients and blend it to a smooth paste.
Add finely sliced onions, shredded cabbage,carrot, mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix it well.
Cut the edges of the bread. apply green chutney on one side and the mayonnaise paste on the other side.Serve it as is.
Note: Can also add cheese slice to the sandwich.
